Buttercup the duck gets new foot made by 3D printer

Buttercup the duck

A duck born with his left foot turned backwards is waddling for the first time thanks to a foot made by 3D printing.

Buttercup lives in Tennessee, America, and his problem left foot meant he couldn't waddle like other ducks, he could only hobble.

But thanks to 3D printing, a new one's been created for him made out of silicone.

The team behind the foot made a model of his sister's foot and then printed it out in 3D.

It attaches to Buttercup's leg over a special sock.

He's now getting used to walking with his brand new foot!
