BigDog robot designed with brick throwing arm

BigDog robot in action!

BigDog robot stronger than your average pet.

The mechanical dog is over a metre tall and weighs more than 100 kilograms, which is more than the average man.

It's arm, or rather its mouth, is strong enough to throw a brick.

It has been developed by tech experts in the US military.

They hope the machine will be able to help soldiers, by being able to explore places too dangerous for them to go.

The team have also designed the Cheetah robot - a little headless machine which they say can run faster the fastest human!
