How does the money raised by Comic Relief help people?
Red Nose Day is a great chance to do something silly and raise money for charity - but where does the money go?
TV presenter Davina McCall visited a baby care centre in the African country of Ghana, set up with money from Comic Relief .
Davina showed Newsround how the money is helping people in the world's poorest countries.
It's 25 years since the first ever Red Nose Day. Since then more than £800 million has been raised.
This year's Red Nose Day will be Friday 15 March.
