Wow! have you ever seen so many turtles?

These baby turtles - all 120,000 of them - have been released in to a river in South America.

It is part of a project by animal experts in Bolivia and Brazil to increase the number of river turtles.

They say millions have been killed by hunters who want their meat and eggs.

The turtles can reach up to a metre in length.

Altogether, almost 4 million turtles are being bred to be released into the wild.
