Five houses facing demolition after Whitby landslide
Five houses in north Yorkshire are going to be demolished after a landslide left them too unsafe.
The cottages in Whitby have been left on the edge of a big drop after Tuesday night's landslide.
Scarborough Council said the houses would be taken down brick by brick.
The demolition will take a long time because there's not much space around the houses, and they need to stop the cottages from collapsing down the slope.
The row of fishermen's cottages are more than 100 years old.
