Why are Arsenal Ladies football team so successful?

They've won more titles than any other British Premier League team, but you might not know who they are!

Arsenal Ladies football club beat Birmingham on Wednesday night to hold onto their Continental Cup crown.

"We're sick of Arsenal winning trophies," Birmingham manager David Parker said afterwards!

They sealed the Women's Super League title in September - the 11th time they've been crowned champions of England in 12 years.

Despite their success, women's footie doesn't always get the same limelight, fan numbers or wages as men's footie.

We sent Hayley to meet them to find out what the secret to their success is.
