Tom Daley on diving bronze medal and Cheryl Cole tweet

British diving star Tom Daley has been telling us about his bronze medal win and teaching Cheryl Cole to dive!

Tom finished third in a close and nail-biting 10m platform diving final on Saturday night.

Afterwards Chezza tweeted him: "Congratulations Tom. You did us all proud!! Now you should have some free time to teach me that dive!! :D"

The 18-year-old said having a bronze medal felt "insane" and he praised the support from the home crowds.

He said it was amazing to have something to show for all the hard work he's put in.
