Meet Jonny Marray - the British Wimbledon champ!

Andy Murray may have lost in the final - but Britain did have one Wimbledon champion!

Step forward Jonny Marray! He became the first Briton to win the Wimbledon men's doubles title for 76 years, after victory with partner Frederik Nielsen from Denmark.

To make things even more amazing, they shouldn't even really have been playing in the first place.

The pair received a 'wildcard' which means they weren't good enough to qualify, but organisers wanted to give them a chance.

Marray and Nielsen certainly proved everyone that they could play - beating some of the world's best players to get the trophy!
