Syrian children describe their life
As a shocking report claims the Syrian government's forces are torturing people, Nel has spoken to children there about their lives.
Human Rights Watch says the United Nations should be doing more to stop the violence.
Nel spoke online to a girl there who said: "I used to play with my friends, visit my neighbours and my grannys' houses."
But now, she says, "I'm always scared walking the street."
She added: "At any point the security forces will stop us and search us. I am just staying at home."
