Living with Alzheimer's - Rael's story
Four out of ten people in the UK know someone who suffers from Alzheimer's disease.
The problem affects the brain causing sufferers to lose their memories and become easily confused.
Around 800,000 people in Britain have the disease and it's be becoming a bigger problem as people live longer.
There isn't a cure for it but the government has said it'll give more money to help sufferers and their families.
Ten-year-old Rael lives with her mum and her great gran Daisy.
Daisy was diagnosed with Alzheimer's nine years ago.
Rael and her mum look after her but it can be really tough because Daisy can't go out of the house by herself.
