Find out more about why the ex-bank boss lost his 'Sir'

To be knighted by The Queen would be a massive honour for most people, but to have that title taken away again would be an even bigger disappointment.

Fred Goodwin used to be the boss of the Royal Bank of Scotland and was made Sir Fred in 2004.

Now he's had that title taken away again. It's because some people felt he needed to be punished for running the bank badly.

If you did something wrong what would you hate to have taken away as a punishment?

Tell us what you value the most and why.
