In an unusual move, the DUP has come to the aid of Derry City Football Club ahead of its big Europa League game.

Sinn Fein opposed a move to give the club two thousand pounds for hospitality because other local community groups are struggling financially.

But the DUP and the SDLP joined forces to give the club the money.
