Lessons to be learnt from baby death

A promise has been made that lessons will be learned from the death of a baby in Altnagelvin hospital in Londonderry.

Northern Ireland's Chief Medical Officer, Dr Michael McBride, was speaking about Kyle Parke who was just three weeks old when he died. An inquest has heard that hospital staff failed to properly interpret warning signs before he was born. Our Health Correspondent Dot Kirby reports:
