The costs of living are constantly rising, so how would you fancy using a car without having to pay tax or insurance and without having to fork out for repair bills?

 Car Club

Today Northern Ireland joins the list of cities with its own car club. Its an idea that has caught on in the rest of the UK and Europe.  By joining the club you get access to cars that are professionally maintained, and it's supposed to be good for the environment and cheaper than car rental.
