The camps helping military children cope with loss

A military scheme has opened its fourth camp this year to help more young people cope with losing someone in conflict.

It's one of the non-profit organisations which supports bereaved military families across the UK and is funded through service charities, donations and the fees it charges.

Fab was started six years ago by Lieutenant Colonel Belinda Forsythe. She explains why: "It's almost like permission to enjoy yourself.

Newsbeat was given exclusive access to one of the camp activities in Brighton.
