Kanye West is 'released from hospital' after being admitted for exhaustion
Kanye West is reportedly back at home more than a week after he was admitted to hospital with exhaustion.
According to multiple reports in the US, the rapper left UCLA Medical Centre in Los Angeles with wife Kim Kardashian and his doctor, Michael Farzam.
The 39-year-old was admitted to hospital last Monday suffering from "temporary psychosis due to sleep deprivation and dehydration", said TMZ.
People magazine quoted a source saying he was "home, getting some rest."
Newsbeat has contacted Kanye West's representatives for a statement.
The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) responded to a report of a disturbance last week but later said it was a "medical emergency".
The rapper was admitted to hospital a day after he cancelled his Saint Pablo tour after a series of rants on-stage.
He ended a concert after four songs in Sacramento, California, before cancelling a performance in LA a day later hours before he was due on stage.
He spent 10 minutes talking to the crowd about Beyonce, Jay Z, Hillary Clinton and Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg during another show.
Model Kendall Jenner, Kim Kardashian's half-sister, said the family had been praying for Kanye West as she spoke to reporters at the Victoria's Secret fashion show in Paris.
Talking about the rap star's condition, Kendall Jenner told Entertainment Tonight: "Yes, of course [he'll be OK].
"Everyone's OK. Everyone is doing OK, [we're] just praying."
An E! Network representative said in a statement that the reality TV show she appears in with Kim Kardashian - Keeping Up with the Kardashians - is "currently in production and has not been halted".
