Kanye West feels 'hurt and disrespected' after Kid Cudi Twitter rant
Kanye West says he feels "hurt and disrespected" after Kid Cudi called him "fake".
Speaking to the crowd during a gig he said: "Kid Cudi, don't ever mention Ye's name, I birthed you."
In 2008 Kanye signed Cudi to his Good music label imprint after hearing his mixtape.
Cudi wrote "I'm the one they worry about," claiming "the fake ones wont be lasting too much longer".
Cudi promised to "crush" the "clowns".
Three years ago Cudi left Good music on bad terms, claiming Kanye had used his vocals on Yeezus without permission.
But the pair recently collaborated on The Life of Pablo, so things looked good again.
Kanye said on stage: "You know how many people wish they could be signed to Good Music? Get their life changed? Have an opportunity? Never forget that."
He claims he didn't want to seem like an "angry hater".
Cudi also took aim at Drake who's responded on stage.
He told Cudi to "Cud it".
