Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare revealed in new trailer
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, due out in November, has been unveiled with a new trailer.
This time some of the action will take place in the far reaches of the solar system, giving players the chance to try out new scenarios, like zero-g infantry combat.
Developers also announced a remaster of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.
They promise "improved texture resolution and detail" as well as "revamped animations and audio".
Actor David Harewood, who recently appeared in The Night Manager as well as Supergirl, also confirmed his role in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.
He will be playing the part of Sgt Omar.
News about multiplayer and co-operative options for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will be released later this year.
The global launch will take place on 4 November and the game will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
"Players will assume the role of Captain Reyes, a Tier 1 Special Operations pilot who assumes command of the Retribution, a massive UNSA warship, after a surprise attack from the Settlement Defense Front leaves Earth's fleet crippled and outgunned," the official statement reads.
"Thrust into leadership and facing impossible odds, Reyes and his crew must fight to repel a fanatical and relentless enemy."
