Kerrang! awards winners list 2014
You Me At Six, Gerard Way and Fall Out Boy are the top winners at this year's Kerrang! awards.
Both bands picked up two awards at the ceremony held at London's Troxy.
You Me At Six took home awards for best British band and single for Fresh Start Fever.
Gerard Way was honoured with the Hero Award as well as Tweeter Of The Year. It is the second year running the singer, who has now gone solo, picked up the social media award.
Earlier this year, rock band You Me At Six topped the UK album chart for the first time with their fourth album, Cavalier Youth.
The other double winner was Fall Out Boy who walked away with awards for best event for their Save Rock And Roll Tour and the best international band.
Other winners included Australian pop band 5 Seconds Of Summer who won best international newcomer.
Their debut worldwide single release She Looks So Perfect earlier this year reached number one in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and the UK.
The award for Best Album went to the Architects for Lost Forever // Lost Together and Bring Me The Horizon picked up the best live band award.
Meanwhile, The Ramones were honoured with the Kerrang! Icon Award, which was collected by Marky Ramone.
The New York band was formed in 1974, three of their most famous members, Johnny, Joey and Dee Dee, have all died so band drummer Marky Ramone picked up the prize.
Other veteran winners were rock legends Status Quo, taking the Service To Rock prize, while Brit band Deep Purple were given the Hall Of Fame award.
The gong for hottest female American went to grunge singer and former Gossip Girl actress Taylor Momsen.
Presenters on the night included The Midnight Beast, Young Guns, Skindred, Rolo Tomassi and Mallory Knox.
