Snoop Dogg and Foals to headline Parklife Weekender
Snoop Dogg and Foals have been announced as the headliners for this year's Parklife Weekender.
The American rapper will top the bill on Saturday 7 June, while Mercury Prize-nominated Foals will close the event on Sunday 8 June.
Disclosure, Bastille, London Grammar and Kendrick Lemar are also on the line-up for the Manchester festival, which takes place in Heaton Park.
Last year's Parklife was headlined by Plan B and Example.
Snoop Dogg has sold more than 30 million albums worldwide and has had 15 top 20 singles in the UK.
Acts including Warpaint and BBC Sound of 2014 winner Sam Smith were confirmed for the event in the week leading up to the main announcement.
Radio 1's Annie Mac will play on the main stage on the same night as Snoop Dogg.
Her set follows a special guest slot which has not yet been confirmed.
SBTRKT, Rudimental and Duke Dumont will also perform at the festival across its eight stages.
The Parklife Weekender was launched in 2010 by dance music promoters The Warehouse Project.
Weekend and day tickets for the festival are available at the Parklife website.
