Tulisa Contostavlos questioned over V Festival 'assault'
Tulisa Contostavlos has been interviewed by police officers investigating an assault at this year's V Festival.
The N-Dubz singer issued a statement earlier this year denying accusations that she punched a blogger at the Chelmsford site in Essex.
Police have continued to investigate the allegations.
It is understood the singer voluntarily attended an interview at a police station in the town.
"Officers are investigating an allegation of assault that is said to have occurred at the V Festival this year," said an Essex Police spokeswoman.
"Two people attended voluntary interviews today. Nobody has been arrested and inquiries are continuing."
Celebrity writer Vas Morgan claimed that the 25-year-old N-Dubz star charged towards him in a "drunken and angry state" in a backstage area at the event in August.
In a statement issued at the time, a representative for Contostavlos said: "Tulisa strongly denies assaulting Mr Morgan. She specifically denies punching Mr Morgan in the eye.
"She has placed this matter in the hands of her lawyers for immediate and appropriate action."
Earlier this month, Contostavlos accepted more than £40,000 damages from former news website TNT after it published a still from a sex video which appeared on the internet.
TNT took the photo down as soon as it knew an injunction had been granted but had already received up to 9,000 hits.
The former X Factor judge is on police bail after being arrested for the supply of class A drugs.
A newspaper is accusing her of introducing its reporter to a drug dealer.
