BGT opera duo Jonathan and Charlotte make first album
Britain's Got Talent (BGT) opera singers Jonathan and Charlotte are recording their debut album less than a month after losing out in the final of the show to a dancing dog.
Jonathan Antoine, 17, and Charlotte Jaconelli, 16, were beaten by act Ashleigh and Pudsey-the-dog in the talent show.
The teenagers from Essex signed a recording deal with Simon Cowell's record label, Syco Music.
Their album is due out in September.
Speaking about his new signing Simon Cowell said: "This show is designed to give people like Jonathan and Charlotte an opportunity."
Jonathan, who was advised to go solo after his first audition said: "Appearing on the show has been a huge confidence boost and I'm still pinching myself that we are actually making our album.
"Thank you to everyone for making this happen for us."
