Social Network star Armie Hammer in cannabis arrest
Social Network star Armie Hammer has been arrested in Texas for cannabis possession.
Authorities say the the actor was arrested in Sierra Blanca, after a sniffer dog discovered marijuana in his car.
The actor, who played both twin Winklevoss brothers in The Social Network, was arrested in November at a checkpoint near the Mexican border.
He spent a day in jail, and paid a $1,000 (£638) bond.
Police records say he was found in possession of a small amount of marijuana and marijuana cakes back in November.
However, El Paso's district attorney ended up deciding not to prosecute, because the law there requires more than four ounces of the drug.
The 25-year-old could still be prosecuted on lesser charges, as the case is going back the local sheriff.
Armie Hammer's latest role on screen is alongside Leonardo DiCaprio in J. Edgar.
