Sugababes have left their record company to sign a deal with Sony RCA.

The band had plenty of hits, including six UK number ones, during their nine year relationship with Island Records.

They also changed line-up more than once during that time, with Amelle Berrabah and Jade Ewen replacing Mutya Buena and Keisha Buchanan.

The girls appeared at the first Chester Festival last weekend performing singles including About You Now, Round Round and Freak Like Me.

The group have also announced they will have a new single out later in the summer.

Freedom will be released on 5 September.
