The Strokes 'finish' fourth album
The Strokes have finished their forthcoming fourth album, saying they plan to release it in the "next few months".
Singer Julian Casablancas revealed the LP had been completed on 15 November.
He wrote on Twitter "[The album is] still not going to be out for a few months - mixing, etc."
It's been five years since the band's last album First Impressions Of Earth was released in 2006.
The album was recorded over the course of 2010 with producer Joe Chiccarelli in New York.
The band made their return to the stage earlier this year with shows in London, and the Isle Of Wight and Rockness festivals.
