Instagram have said they have not suspended Rihanna's account.
The announcement comes after reports the singer's page was taken down because she "shared a racy photo" last week.
It was claimed a shot of the 26-year-old musician posing next to a swimming pool violated the social media site's rules.
Instagram's UK spokesman said: "I can confirm we did not remove it [Rihanna's account]".
It was reported that her badgalriri page had been restored, but users are still being shown a "Page Not Found" message when searching for it.
There are other reasons as to why a page would show this message, including technical error and a user removing their own page.
Earlier this month, Rihanna took home four prizes at this year's iHeart Radio Music Award including artist of the year, song of the year for Stay featuring Mikky Ekko and hip hop/ R&B song of the year for Pour It Up.
In March, the singer was named the most streamed female artist in the world by online music service Spotify.
It is the second year in a row Rihanna has topped the list, which was compiled to celebrate International Women's Day.
Spotify also confirmed that Rihanna was the most popular female artist in the UK.
The singer has had 19 UK top five singles including eight number ones.
