Jenny Rayner, the mother of Lucy Rayner who took her own life in 2012, said the family never thought the 22-year-old "would do it".

She said her daughter was "the life and soul of a party" but that she could also be "a bit aggressive when she was down."

Jenny believes that Lucy had planned to take her own life but that when she found out what had happened she "didn't believe that she would do something like that".
