The Attorney General says that the British legal system needs to get better when it comes to making sure people aren't breaking the law by using social networking sites and posting material online.
Dominic Grieve's comments come after the HM Courts and Tribunals Service apologised for publishing the names of two mothers who had sexually abused their children.
Under UK law, sexual crime victims have lifelong anonymity.
