Some of the UK's top skin doctors say they're removing more tattoos using lasers than ever before.
But they say it also means more people are being burnt and scarred by untrained practitioners.
They want new rules on who can buy and use the lasers.
John, 22, has several controversial tattoos which were done when he was 16 and is having them removed.
He now regrets them and realises how offensive they could be.
