What should happen during a stop and search?

A government consultation which gives the public a say into police use of stop and search is due to end soon.

The government says around a million stops take place each year - but only nine percent lead to an arrest.

Some say the power is overused and weakens confidence in police.

Two police officers from Slough show Newsbeat's Nomia Iqbal how a proper stop and search should be conducted.
