Of Monsters And Men talk about new material
Of Monsters And Men have said they're planning to start recording their second album in August or September 2013.
The Icelandic band have had success in North America and the UK following the release of their debut album in 2011.
Guitarist Brynjar Leiffsson said the band will return home later this year to begin work on new material.
He said: "I think we'll just stay at home [to record]. It's kind of a safe zone."
Bass player Kristján Páll Kristjánsson said the five-piece have some initial ideas for new music: "We have some ideas but when you're on the road it's really hard to sit down, like we did for the first album, and hammer it out."
Leiffsson added that recording in Iceland meant the band would be "in our comfort zone, being relaxed."
They will return to the UK this summer to play Glastonbury, T In The Park and the Somerset House Series in London.
