The Entertainment Retailers Association (ERA) has predicted more HMV stores will close during its administration period.

However, the trade body, which represents CD and DVD retailers in the UK, hopes the chain will survive on the High Street as a "slimmer and leaner" organisation.

It also claims more than half of consumers still want to buy a physical product rather than downloading it.

24-year-old Simon Wilson has been showing off his vast collection of CDs and DVDs at his home in Fareham, Hampshire.
