Kate Bracken says she is surprised by the level of support from fans of Being Human.
Bracken joined the cast of the drama last year and her character now exists as a ghost following an encounter with a vampire.
The show is one of BBC Three's most successful programmes and has also developed a cult following in America.
The new series of Being Human starts on 3 February at 10pm on BBC Three.
