Newsbeat spoke to the four remaining Young Apprentice candidates - Lucy Beauvallet, Ashleigh Porter-Exley, Patrick McDowell and Maria Doran ahead of the programme's final.
For their task, the teams must create a new brand of sportswear and pitch it to an audience of business experts.
The winner of the competition will receive an investment of £25,000 from Lord Sugar.
The final of Young Apprentice airs Thursday at 8pm on BBC One.
