Louis Smith reveals Strictly Come Dancing result early
Louis Smith accidentally revealed the result of this weekend's Strictly Come Dancing before the Sunday night show.
The gymnast tweeted a goodbye message for Sid Owen and Ola Jordan on Saturday night, after filming the results show.
Although the programme is recorded on Saturday night, the results are not shown on television until Sunday evening.
"So much luv for @FlaviaCacace & it's so sad to say bye to @sidowen5 & @The_OlaJordan #crewlove," he tweeted.
He later deleted the post on his social networking site.
Louis Smith has been one of the highest scoring competitors in this year's Strictly Come Dancing.
On Saturday night he topped the leader board with a score of 35 after dancing a tango with his partner Flavia Cacace.
Sid Owen was the lowest scorer on Saturday, receiving just 17 points for his cha-cha.
This weekend's programme saw it beat X Factor in the viewing figures, with an average of 9.6m watching, compared with an 8.4m average for ITV's singing competition.
