Alicia Keys will headline the final night of 1Xtra Live at the Birmingham Ballroom.
The event will take place at four venues in four different cities across the UK.
Twin B, the station's breakfast show host, has announced the tour will visit London, Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham.
Artists including Miguel, Tulisa, Misha B, Wiley and Labrinth have also been announced.
Trey Songz will headline at Brixton Academy when the tour kicks off on 12 November.
Rita Ora is the headline act in Manchester and Plan B in Liverpool.
BBC Radio 1Xtra will also be showcasing local talent from each of the host cities across the week.
Specialist evening shows on 1Xtra will be hosted by local presenters from each of the four cities.
