Yanxia Han, 27, says she had an "absolute nightmare" when she tried to buy a laptop from an online deal site.
She says it was a stressful experience, the laptops never arrived and it took a long time to get a refund.
It comes as Newsbeat finds that the Advertising Standards Agency is concerned with the rise in complaints about deals on group discount websites.
