Louis Smith says training hurts for Strictly Come Dancing

Louis Smith says things are going well for his upcoming appearance on Strictly Come Dancing but training has left him with a sore bum.

The gymnast won a silver medal in the pommel horse event and previously displayed his singing talents as a contestant on The X Factor.

Smith admits he is enjoying the limelight following the Olympics and has not yet made a decision on his sporting future.

Louis is in training with dance partner Flavia Cacace.
