N-Dubz star Dappy will stand trial over a fight at a petrol station which left three men with injuries to their faces.

The rapper, 25, appeared under his real name of Dino Contostavlos at Guildford Crown Court to deny a charge of affray.

It's after an incident on a garage forecourt in the town on 28 February.

He appeared at the court in Surrey with three co-defendants Kieran Patrick Vassell, 24, Kalonji David Stewart, 31, and Alfred James Miller, 27. All four pleaded not guilty to affray.

Dappy, who performs in N-Dubz with his cousin and X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos and Richard "Fazer" Rawson, has recently had success as a solo artist, reaching number one in the singles chart with No Regrets.

He has also recorded with Queen guitarist Brian May and collaborated with Tinchy Stryder.
