Carly Rae Jepsen finished third on Canadian Idol in 2007
Carly Rae Jepsen has announced her debut album Kiss is to be released on 17 September in the UK.
The Canadian singer's track Call Me Maybe has sold more than 7.3 million copies worldwide so far in 2012.
The album will include her latest single, Good Time, a collaboration with US star Owl City.
She co-wrote all the tracks on the album which features guest spots from Fun, LMFAO and Justin Bieber.
"The record is pop," she said.
"It's inspired by Robyn, The Cars, Madonna, and believe it or not, James Taylor. I can't wait to share it with everyone."
Call Me Maybe went number one in the UK earlier this year selling more than 100,000 copies in its first week.
The track has spent eight weeks at the top of the US Billboard chart.
It's also been number one in the iTunes chart in 37 different countries.
Once she's released the album Jepsen will support her label-mate Justin Bieber on his arena tour of north America in the autumn.
Jepsen's first break came when she finished third on Canadian Idol in 2007.
She released an album in Canada, called Tug Of War, in 2008.
