Devlin was one of the artists due to perform at Underage festival
Underage festival, an event for 13 to 18-year-old music fans, has been cancelled with bosses saying it was due to "production problems".
The event was due to take place on 31 August at Shoreditch Park, London.
Organisers said the difficulties came after the one-day festival was "forced into moving" from its previous venue.
Now in its sixth year, it was set to feature artists such as Devlin, Maverick Sabre and Leanne La Havas.
Writing on their official website organisers said they had "no choice" but to shelve this year's event.
They said: "After the amount of work we have put in over the last six years to make Underage Festival the successful event it is today, it is incredibly sad that we have to make this decision, and one that has not been made lightly."
Other acts that were set to perform included Misha B, Pulled Apart By Horses, Dry The River, Skepta and Friends.
Organisers have vowed that the festival will return in 2013 and at their usual location of Victoria Park, where they said the event would be on "our own terms once again".
Refunds are being offered to those who've bought tickets.
