'Training is key' for laser hair removal treatments

Leading doctors are calling for a change in the law to stop people getting burned during laser hair removal treatments.

The British Association of Dermatologists (Bad) claims many beauty therapists don't have enough knowledge and training to carry it out properly.

One practitioner from Blackwater in Surrey, Emma Pidd, explains how the laser hair removal process works from an initial consultation to the final treatment.
