Mercury Prize winners The xx reveal low-key live return

The xx have announced details of a handful of low-key gigs ahead of a summer festival appearances.
The trio will play three gigs in London at the Electrowerkz on 14 May, Hackney Chats Palace (15) and Battersea Arts Centre (18).
Tickets for the shows are being allocated via a lottery system on the group's website.
The threesome are currently working on the follow-up to their self-titled debut album.
They won the Mercury Prize for that album in 2010 beating off competition from the likes of Mumford & Sons, Dizzee Rascal and Paul Weller.
The band will play a series of shows in Europe during the summer.
Their only UK festival date currently confirmed is at Bestival in September.
