Singer Tulisa Contostavlos says that she plans to be more confident when she returns as a judge on the new series of The X Factor.
She says Simon Cowell texted his support following recent tabloid stories about her personal life and confirmed she would be back on The X Factor panel.
Tulisa is due to release her debut solo album Young later this month while her band N-Dubz is taking a break.
She was speaking to Newsbeat's entertainment reporter Natalie Jamieson.
