Comedian Paddy McGuinness hosts the Saturday night show
A version of ITV1 dating show Take Me Out is to be made for American television.
FremantleMedia North America, who also produce American Idol and The X Factor, will make the show for the Fox network.
Take Me Out, which is hosted by comedian Paddy McGuinness, matches up couples from a studio of 30 women with a series of "eligible bachelors".
The US version is scheduled to start on 7 June but its makers haven't yet said who will host the show.
In January, producers of the UK version ordered a review of how contestants were selected after a former male escort with a criminal conviction appeared on the show.
Another couple's date was also reportedly edited out in recent weeks for similar reasons.
The show, which goes out on Saturdays evenings, has become well-known for the catchphrase "No likey, no lighty" and the date destination of the "Isle of Fernando's".
