Katy B, Enter Shikari and Christina Perri have been added to the line-up for this year's Isle Of Wight festival.

Ash, Pulled Apart By Horses and The Virginmarys will also play at the event, which takes place between 22-24 June.

The date of the festival has been moved this year to avoid clashing with school holidays and Diamond Jubilee celebrations.

Pearl Jam, Bruce Springsteen and Tom Petty will headline the 2012 festival.

Christina Perri is best known for her debut single Jar Of Hearts, which reached the top five in the UK singles chart last summer.

Katy B has had three top 10 singles in the UK, including Broken Record, Katy On A Mission and Lights On - a duet with Ms Dynamite.

She released her debut album On A Mission last March, which was later nominated for the Mercury Music Prize.

Enter Shikari's new album A Flash Flood Of Colour was released last month and reached number four in the UK album chart.

Other acts confirmed to play this year's festival are Kelis, Professor Green, Wretch 32, Labrinth, Jessie J and The Vaccines.

The Isle Of Wight festival was launched in 1968 and ran for two years before it was revived in 2002.
