JLS singer Marvin Humes says the group are "really excited" about their upcoming Sport Relief single.

Proud is the official song of the charity event, which takes place from 23-25 March. The single itself is out on 18 March.

Marvin said the four-piece had been to Uganda last year to see how some of the Sport Relief money was used.

"With 2012 and the Olympics coming into play, sport's going to be such a big thing this year, such a huge talking point," Aston Merrygold told Newsbeat.

"It only seemed right to get involved with Sport Relief. It was the perfect fit."
