'Real life Barbie' defends cosmetic surgery competition

Health groups are calling for a ban on cosmetic surgery being offered through prize draws, magazine competitions and discount websites.

There's a warning a growing number of young people in the UK are being encouraged to have procedures that they don't need and might regret.

But Sarah Burge, who runs a competition giving away surgery as a prize, says it's not dangerous and doesn't make young people have treatment.
