Radio 1 DJ Fearne Cotton speaks to Kristen Hallenga from the breast cancer awareness charity Coppafeel.

Kris set up the charity when she was diagnosed with breast cancer herself, and she is still being treated for the disease.

A new survey by Coppafeel found that more than a million young women (18 - 29) in the UK have never checked their breasts for signs of breast cancer.

Coppafeel, which recently made Fearne Cotton a patron, has now started a free service at its website where anyone can sign up to get a monthly text message reminding them to check their breasts.
