Twenty-eight-year-old Gemma Massey is one of the UK's few international porn stars, appearing in big budget adult movies filmed in Los Angeles.

The former dental nurse moved into the industry after a long spell as a Page 3 girl in British tabloids and men's magazines.

She answers questions from Newsbeat listeners about her job and her lifestyle.
